ProSource has provided right of way and site acquisition services for many roads, railroad, and trail projects including staffing, budgeting, project strategizing, route evaluation, developing project information materials for landowners, agencies, and media, status tracking, title work, permitting, and relocation. We also participate in landowner/public meetings and hearings sponsored by project owners and state agencies on an ongoing basis.
We recognize the importance of interagency coordination and community involvement in transportation planning and understand the compliance issues for the department of transportation standards. Our professionals are proficient in all areas of right-of-way acquisition including securing easements and deeds, preparing market studies, establishing property values, conducting landowner relocation work, negotiating with landowners, preparing appraisals, and completing condemnation proceedings.
